Specialities: Project managing the bid process from receipt through to contract award Responsibilities: producing professional, deadline-driven bid content that clearly communicates our value proposition and addresses the clients key drivers/win themes; coordination of all input from a range of bid process stakeholders to meet bid production deadlines; championing the needs of the client during solution development and content collation sessions; adherence to and contribution to the ongoing governance of an effective bid process; producing and tailoring compelling slides and graphics in line with company brand guidelines as part of RFP/ presentation slide decks; managing solution development, proposal, and contracts process; establishing solution response schedule and expectations with client, sales, and internal stakeholders; working with practice management and off-shore/near-shore solution architects to develop solution: scope, responsibilities, assumptions, estimates, resource and cost models, risk assessment, environmental factors, and pricing models; working with off-shore/near-shore practice areas and proposal teams to write proposals, quotes, statements of work, and other services agreements; coordinating statements of work, master services agreements, pricing, and other contractual documents; proactively developing and managing a network of subject matter experts.
