As a Production Manager for Artem (a special effects build company). I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all projects. This includes coordinating and supporting technicians and freelancers, handling and keeping a record of projects, communicating with clients, liaising with Accounts, and overall ensuring a quality project delivery. The other part of my role involves managing in-house staff of 30+ managing their timesheets, leave requests, staff rota and providing any training required.
