In my current role as Executive HR with Coforge, deployed at a leading global investment bank, I manage recruitment operations, compliance checks, and HR data management to ensure accurate and efficient execution of HR processes.Key responsibilities:Requisition & Tracker Management: Update requisitions created on SAP SuccessFactors and maintain SharePoint trackers for both full-time and contingent hiring, providing accurate reports for stakeholders.Onboarding & Offer Validation: Review offer letters and supporting documents before release, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Background Verification: Coordinate with third-party vendors to complete BGV checks, monitor cases, and escalate exceptions to maintain compliance standards.Employee Joiner Database (EJD): Maintain a confidential joiner database used for vendor payments, updating weekly with high accuracy to ensure timely settlements.Exit Management: Approve exit tickets post-confirmation from employees and HRVPs, ensuring accurate offboarding aligned with company policy.HR Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment/onboarding reports for leadership, supporting audits and decision-making.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers, vendors, and global HR teams to resolve queries and maintain smooth process flow.Data Confidentiality: Work extensively with sensitive HR data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.This role has strengthened my expertise in HR operations, recruitment coordination, compliance management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement within a global corporate environment.
