Working as a Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial at Sprinklr for Growth Markets region which includes India, Middle East & Africa, APAC, ANZ and Japan. I work with the Sales team to provide them support with all legal related matters in a sales cycle. It involves, pre-sales questionnaires, NDAs, contract drafting, negotiating SaaS technology license agreements. MSAs, SLAs and services provisioning agreements, risk assessment, advisory, data privacy matters, RFPs/ Tender reviews, compliance questionnaires, etc. I work closely with Sales leadership and business in the region to strategize on business requirements, crisis management, training and enablement.
