About Zoya Faisal
As a fourth-year design student, I’m drawn to the potential of design as a tool for meaningful change. I love exploring the intersections of human psychology, culture, and creativity to develop solutions that are not only functional but also resonate on a deeper level. My passion for design research and design thinking stems from a fascination with understanding user motivations and creating experiences that are both intuitive and impactful. I’m particularly interested in the research-driven aspects of design—discovering insights, testing ideas, and refining processes to better meet human needs. This curiosity about people and perspectives also led me to become the President of my university’s literature club, where I hone my skills in critical thinking and leading discussions that encourage others to question, reflect, and grow. My goal is to bring a thoughtful, human-centered approach to every project, making design a bridge between ideas and impactful real-world applications.
