Zoritha is an experienced CEO/Broker with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry and skilled in working with Sellers, Buyer and Investors. Zoritha started her real estate career in 1990 and has been in the real estate field for over 34 years. Zoritha currently serves as Chairman of the Board, California Association of Real Estate Brokers (CAREB-a REALTIST organization).Zoritha is a Presidential Member (28 consecutive qualifying years) of the Sacramento Association of Realtors. “Master Club”, top 10% of all real estate professionals in Sacramento County. She is also featured as a Life Member of “Who’s Who in America”. She was named the 2019 \"REALTIST of the Year” by the Sacramento Realtist Association.Zoritha has been a REO Broker for over 33 years, with a staff that can handle REO process from cradle to grave. Zoritha also specializes in working in the Probate and Receivership arena.
