AI Strategy: Designed the division\'s enterprise AI strategy and AI Roadmap. Wrote the AI Transformation Playbook, a thorough structure outlining how legacy software products would be systematically reimagined and moved to Wolters Kluwer\'s internal agentic AI platform. Serves as the division\'s AI decision-maker in the AI Governance committee, analyzing and approving AI agents for onboarding to the enterprise Generative AI platform, establishing agent evaluation standards, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure performance and compliance. Proposed and designed a RAG architecture that includes taxonomies, ontologies and knowledge graphs to increase the accuracy and precision of our AI products. • AI Literacy and Organizational Enablement: Leads a division-wide AI literacy and cultural transformation effort founded on the notion that technology adoption is only successful if we bring people with us instead of leaving them behind. Contributes to training programs, workshops, and hackathons geared to a variety of groups, including sellers, non-technical business users, partners, and consumers, to ensure that all stakeholders understand how to work effectively with AI tools.
