In collaboration with the Creative Entrepreneurs Society (CES), I took on the challenge of reviving TEDxUAL - curating a platform to showcase bold thinkers, untold stories, and student-led innovation at one of the world’s top creative universities- Leadership & Coordination: Co-led with CES to build a cross-functional team spanning curation, production, partnerships, and design- Event Architecture: Designed the end-to-end event lifecycle - from theme ideation and speaker selection to venue logistics, marketing campaigns, and audience experience design- Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiated partnerships with UAL leadership, sponsors, and creative community partners, leveraging CES’s award-winning network to secure resources and alignment- Impact Vision: Positioned TEDxUAL to become a recurring, high-profile platform amplifying student voices, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, and connecting UAL with the global TED network.Although the event is currently paused, the groundwork laid has positioned TEDxUAL for a successful return once stakeholder alignment is achieved.
