Work on project for the generation and differentiation of iPSCs to produce complex 3D skin constructs for disease modeling and drug discovery. Participate in NIH/DOD/FDA ‘human-on-a-chip’ Microphysiological Systems program for pharmaceutical screening. Evaluate different methods to create pigmented, vascularized, innervated 3D skin constructs.
