Responsible for successful delivery of a global portfolio worth $354 million with ~1500 projects under treasury, tax, and forecasting line ofbusiness. Provided oversight to ~200 program managers on their efforts from preplanning and attainment of funds. Responsible forapproving efforts within compliance to organizations regulatory bodies. Analyzed data from 1500 projects to determine which efforts are within compliance to regulatory bodies. Identified regulatorynoncompliance and had new features developed to prevent regulatory breaches. This prevented an overspend of Drove redevelopment of internal project tracking system in use by all managers within organization, resulting in 20+ newfeatures, and further development of regulation rules for non-project efforts. Provided training to new and seasoned program managers of portfolio/program/project life cycle. Spearheaded change management activities for project tracking system. And provided onboarding training to new senior andjunior team members. Mentorship and training allowed for junior member to take charge on all weekly communications andsenior member to take lead on all monthly calls. This allowed me to focus on improvement of program management regulationsthat lack industry wide norms and allowed me to help program managers in issues requiring more insight.
