About Zoltan L Nagy
I am looking for a part-time or very flexible full-time position with a nonprofit organization that can utilize my many years of business and management experience. I am technologically savvy and am particularly well versed in real estate and finance disciplines. My approach in a new situation (whether joining a company or board or taking on a consulting assignment) is to first listen and understand before trying to make wholesale changes. I am highly organized and efficient. I don\'t drop the ball and always strive to keep things moving forward and improve existing processes. My company, SCDG, owns and manages my real estate investments. In addition, it is the developer of CREmodel - an easy-to-use Excel based template to analyze the acquisition and development of commercial real estate projects. Additionally, I do some occasional consulting work for small to midsize developers and investors needing help on proforma analysis and financial modeling. See for more information.
