Zolala Learning Centre is a creative learning space that supports students, families and schools in enhancing learning and nurturing creativity. We specialise in three education systems: British, American and French.Design, implement and evaluate learning centre’s educational programs for children between the ages of 3 and 11.Implement digital technology tools and activities to enhance sessions in all programs within the centre and in locations outside the city, country and continent.Responsible for addressing all student and parent concerns, including scheduling, academic and pastoral issues.Holistically assess student abilities and needs to enable suitable placement within the learning centre. Balance a full teaching load with management responsibilities.Teach Literacy, Numeracy, Reading, Leadership and French in levels from Early Years to Year 6 accommodating students from the British, American and French education systems.Design and implement Exhibition Labs as a creative expression of literacy, empowering students to connect with literacy in fresh, dynamic and personal ways. Increased engagement and competency in literacy.Effectively hire, train and manage a team of teachers to work with primary students as well as children in the Early Years. Manage budget and profit to meet learning centre’s expectations.Direct marketing initiatives to attract new clients.Oversea publishing company and library as in-house offshoots of learning centre.
