Align and Manage Master Data for the enterprise, including developing naming schemas, taxonomy, and historic data cleansing, all the while monitoring that the data is following established business rules and market regulations. · Architect and implement a standardized process for creating, updating, or retiring Master Data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse and relevant Point of Sale, Warehouse Management, and eCommerce systems, incorporating quality controls along the way. · Lead the buildout of a new HR software application for processing new hires, leaves of absence, terminations, and changes to active employment. · Write the technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and other documents needed for training and reference. · Facilitate Agile processes to coordinate with stakeholders to lead projects involving Systems and Data Migration and Integration, Legacy Data Archiving, Process Standardization, Data Capture, and Reporting.
