As a Lead Technical Client Success & Project Manager, I oversee a portfolio of Financial Institution clients, ensuring they achieve measurable value and long-term success with our solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, I guide clients through adoption, optimization, and renewal cycles while building strong partnerships that drive retention and growth.My role blends client success, technical expertise, commercial elements, and project management. This enables me to deliver seamless onboarding, proactive support, and ongoing engagement. I conduct QBRs, executive check-ins, and regular reviews to track KPIs, analyze usage, and align our services with client objectives. Through system training, best-practice guidance, and workflow optimization, I help clients maximize adoption, streamline operations, and strengthen compliance outcomes.In addition to client enablement, I drive the commercial lifecycle by leading renewals, managing change orders, and identifying upsell opportunities, ensuring clients benefit from our latest products and capabilities. I also act as a central point of contact during incidents and maintenance, providing timely updates and tactical reports to maintain transparency and trust.Collaboration is at the core of my work. I partner with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, Account Management, and Implementation teams to align client needs with internal priorities, accelerate issue resolution, and support key initiatives such as platform migrations, new feature rollouts, and process improvements.By combining strategic relationship management with hands-on technical and project delivery skills, I reduce churn, uncover growth opportunities, and create exceptional client experiences that directly impact revenue and retention.I also have experience with utilizing a variety of tools ranging from Salesforce, Planthat, Monday.com, Zendesk, JIRA, Talbeau, Confluence, Okta, and more.
