Minimizing the legal risk of the company by providing opinions and proactive guidance on various legal issues in an analytical manner covering various dimensions, laws and jurisdictions. By taking inhouse initiatives pertaining to US and European, Middle east, legal issues, I have managed to reduce the cost of litigations involved in such legal issues and have manged to recover substantial amount in favour of the company. Managing and grooming legal team membersCreate and manage the patent portfolio of the company - Enrich experience of collaborating with product team to understand various innvovations, contribute in providing innovative ideas during such collaboration and conducting patent-infringement study. I have reviewed numerous patents and patent applications.
