My experience in academia spanned five scientific areas of the life sciences, providing me with a broad understanding of the challenges related to this sector. It also allowed me to develop an effective, collaborative working relationship with various representative groups with interdisciplinary skills and objectives.My experience in the IT industry exposed me to working in a fast-paced, cutting-edge technology business sector. I had the pleasure of leading the HPE Certification and Learning Program, managing the Learning and Information Management system, as well as the industrial data reports section. I also supported the development and improvement of the process and marketing strategy by working closely with external/internal clients, partners, stakeholders, managers, and communication assistants.Currently, I manage projects for developing innovative software solutions that support scientists and clients in the pharmaceutical industry. All my responsibilities require me to act as a bridge among all parties. For more than 14 years, I have enjoyed working in a multicultural, worldwide environment.
