I am a seasoned real estate lawyer with a passion for innovation and sustainability. I have a proven track record of managing, negotiating, and closing complex lease transactions in the U.S. and Canada, as well as advising clients on various real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. As managing counsel at Lucid Motors, I support the company\'s mission to deliver luxury electric vehicles that are inspiring, efficient, and environmentally friendly. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in the past with clients from different industries, sectors, and backgrounds, including private equity, M&A, health care, and philanthropy. In my current role, I work with internal and external stakeholder teams from retail development and operations, facilities, construction, risk management, zoning and licensing, and environmental on all lease transactions. I manage outside counsel in negotiating and drafting letters of intent and lease documents. I leverage my legal writing, communication, and real estate skills to ensure that current and future business needs and risks are addressed. I have successfully handled numerous lease transactions for retail, service center, and industrial/warehousing spaces, including in existing buildings and new construction. I also provide advice and counsel to business and legal teams on various legal issues, such as landlord disputes, and review, draft, and negotiate ancillary agreements.
