About Zoe Ying Zhang
I am a Texas State Certified General Appraiser and MAI appraiser. My team and I are specialized in conducting high-quality, market-supported commercial real estate appraisals. I started my appraisal career at DEJ & Associates in 2013 and was promoted to be a Managing Partner in 2018. My team and I completed valuations of over 2,500 properties totaling over $4 Billion in value. In June 2022, the company that I co-owned DEJ & Associates was acquired by BBG. After the acquisition, I became a part of the management team in the BBG Austin office. Appraisal and valuation is near and dear to my heart. I could talk about commercial property valuation all day. I am passionate about providing excellent appraisals and meeting like-minded professionals.
