As a Brewtender at Eternity Brewing, I play an integral role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting patrons with food and beverage orders, offering recommendations on our selection of craft beers, and providing samples to help guests find their perfect match. In addition to maintaining a welcoming and informative environment, I have worked numerous events, ensuring smooth operations, managing large crowds, and supporting event specific needs. My role required strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, team oriented setting.
