As a summer intern at GIEPS, I’m working with a French organization to help strengthen internal communication and reduce employee turnover, particularly across generational divides. Our team is focused on analyzing workplace dynamics and proposing strategies to bridge age gaps in the workforce, improve employee retention, and enhance overall organizational culture.This internship is part of my study abroad experience and allows me to apply business and human behavior insights in a real-world, cross-cultural context.
