About Zoe Vais
I am passionate about supporting youth through inclusive programming, trauma-informed mentorship, and sports-based youth development. Throughout my career in rowing, I have seen the ways in which sports and trustworthy relationships can positively transform the lives of young people. In my future work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I want to support youth and their families to access services that help them navigate the biggest challenges they face and establish skills and relationships that will bolster their network of support.
