Consult with Marin Financial Advisors on its pooled company retirement plans (401k, DBP, CBP, 403b) by maintaining excellent sponsor and participant services throughout the year. Provide quarterly investment reports and model fund fact sheets to sponsors, participants and plan administrators. Provide participant education and investment committee meetings. MFA acts as a 3(38) ERISA investment fiduciary.Implement benchmark reports on plans to measure provider quality, scope of services, value delivered and reasonableness of fees. Providers included in the benchmark report are the investment (fund) managers, financial advisors, and the record keeper/ third party administrators. We follow a methodical and logical process to evaluate retirement plans and provide value.
