I am part of the Enterprise Strategy team at CVS Health, where I support our Health Care Delivery organization. Our team is dedicated to developing an integrated, value-based care ecosystem across our care delivery assets (Oak Street Health, Signify Health, Retail Health).Prior to this role, I completed CVS Health’s General Management Development Program (GMDP), an accelerated rotational leadership development program designed to provide a variety of experiences to build and develop key managerial skills. During the GMDP, I held rotations in Medicaid Marketing and Medicare Stars Member Experience. My diverse professional experience is a reflection of my growth mindset. I consider myself an experience collector, believe my skills and abilities can improve through hard work, and consistently embrace opportunities and challenges with a can-do attitude.I am impact driven and analytical by nature. Thinking critically about complex situations, making evidence-based recommendations for improvement, and implementing solutions that have a positive impact on community is at the core of my professional experience, and is the kind of work I most enjoy.
