CFS is an independent, publicly-funded school for children aged 4 to 18 years, bringing best practice from private and state sectors.As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), I work closely with teachers to support students, especially those with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties. My role involves providing one-on-one or small group assistance to help students with their classroom tasks, reinforcing lesson content, and creating a positive learning environment. I also assist with adapting teaching materials, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students stay focused and engaged. My goal is to help students overcome challenges and succeed both academically and personally.
