ABOUT ZOE MCPEAKE

I am passionate about creating and sustaining inclusive workplaces through human-centric leadership. Since entering the workforce, I have excelled at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, coordinating and project managing programs, and using my passion to drive necessary change in the workplace. The combination of my professional background and my lived experience as a queer, neurodiverse woman gives me a unique perspective that positivity impacts the work I do. I currently work as a Project Officer on the EEDI and Indigenous Reconciliation initiatives at Elections Canada. I am a keen learner and I enjoy being challenged in a work environment. The core of my strengths surround creating safe spaces, elevating the voices of minorities and being a touchpoint for resources/research for the 2SLGBTQI+ community.
