As Senior Product Owner and Scrum Master for SOLON TAX - a flagship application supporting national taxpayer and revenue management operations - I lead the product vision, delivery strategy, and end-to-end execution of high-impact features across distributed teams in Greece and Vietnam. SOLON TAX is a recognised large-scale public sector platform, and my role spans both strategic product leadership and day-to-day Agile delivery that ensures stability, predictability, and continuous improvement across the ecosystem.Key Contributions• Owned backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and supported high-level design (HLD) preparation and feature/story breakdown• Managed PI and sprint capacity planning, including FTE modelling, sprint allocation, and support buffers for multiple teams• Monitored and reported weekly KPIs, including inflow/outflow, cycle time, verification-ready time, predictability, commitment vs. completion, and overall delivery flow• Led Agile delivery across multiple distributed teams (Helios, Eos, Selene), facilitating all Scrum ceremonies on Helios as a Scrum Master, and maintaining team flow, and ensuring predictable sprint outcomes• Oversaw release readiness for major versions (incident validation, feature status checks, affects versions, documentation preparation)• Created and expanded the Solon Tax Onboarding Material, used across PD/QA/BE/FE/PO roles for fast, consistent knowledge transfer• Designed the PSD Response Playbook, stabilising PSD intake and dramatically improving incident workflow clarity and resolution times• Mentored and developed VN team members, onboarded new colleagues, and strengthened cross-team communication channels and operating models• Conducted Performance Appraisals for multiple team members, providing structured evaluation, feedback, and development guidance to support team growth and alignment
