   Design and administrate curriculum/programs essential for advising undergraduate, graduate and alumni support and well-being•Manage, on-board and train full-time advising staff, part-time instructors and student support staff of LaunchPad program•Conduct annual reports alongside Business Manager regarding program performance and financial pertinent data•Critical communication across various levels of management, diverse university administrations and external partnershipsStreamline processes across financial aid, admissions and student life departments for all necessary documentation of scholars•Co-manages the reconfiguration of data practices and development of RFS future initiatives (strategic planning)•Oversee budgets of Propel Fund Scholarships and LaunchPad programming; co-managing Emergency Fund and Financial Aid reviews•Lead on program partnerships at university and external level with regards to communication planning, program expansion, etc. •Develop all corporate, alumni and professional partnerships on behalf of RFS Program in tandem with RU-Foundation liaison•Serve as department’s communication lead with management of website, platforms and media of program•Interim serve as Business Manager/Administrator for HR activities (payroll, reorganization, training/development)•Present on behalf of RFS Program at national conferences, intercampus symposiums, etc. •Annually oversee program events including Welcome Celebration, Alumni Reunion and Convocation Ceremony•Curated 15 Year Celebration campaign, Presidential Gala Event and Commemorative Gallery
