If you’re always on the go, feeling stretched, stressed, or run down, reflexology can offer a much-needed reset - and the best part is, because I’m fully mobile, I bring treatments directly to you in the comfort of your own home, anywhere within a 20-mile radius of Scarborough. I support people who are managing everyday health issues like anxiety, poor sleep, hormonal imbalance, digestive discomfort, headaches, or just general overwhelm. Many of my clients are taking medication and have never tried reflexology before - they just know they need something to help them feel better, naturally. The idea that something as simple and natural as working through the feet could help someone sleep better, reduce pain, or just feel calmer, really inspires me. You don’t need to “believe” in reflexology for it to work, just the willingness to try something new and give your body the attention it deserves. I’m a member of the British Reflexology Association, registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and fully insured - so you can feel confident you’re in safe, qualified hands!
