I’m an executive and leadership coach and fractional COO with over 20 years in the video game industry. I’ve held production and operations leadership roles at Riot Games, Electronic Arts, Xbox Game Studios, and co-founded Timbre Games.Through Lumina Leadership, I help studios strengthen leadership alignment, simplify operations, and navigate growth, M&A, and organizational change. My work combines hands-on studio experience with coaching that builds clarity, confidence, and truly high-performing teams.I understand the challenges leaders face because I’ve lived them - as a Production, Operations, and Studio Director, company founder, and now as a coach.
