I am a leadership level candidate with experience delivering value within both global major FMCG businesses – Mondelez, Kraft, Cadbury, UB and Nestle as well as working as a management consultant / strategic level with clients within BWS, CPG, and B2B, Mars, Bacardi, Haleon, Shell. I have strong functional expertise within both marketing and sales, having led agendas across brand and category marketing, channel management, occasion-based marketing, shopper marketing, Perfect Store / Perfect Page and customer management. This has allowed me to develop a strong set of commercial skills including financial acumen, negotiation, customer management, brand commercialization as well as a strong understanding of omnichannel environments. At Accenture Song I am responsible for sales capability building and learning initiatives across global CPG business centering around driving mutual value growth across all aspects of Commerce. I have also significant experience in process redesign from a CPG perspective. I pride myself as a team player who has led and developed teams in the implementation of long-term strategic plans which have driven sustainable growth within the organizations I have worked with. I am a strong communicator and have influenced as a member of marketing leadership teams, both internally and externally up to up to C-Suit level.
