I manage the end to end tendering process for all bids for Real Life Options and the wider group. I am responsible for identifying relevant opportunities in line with regional growth strategies, facilitating the bid/no bid process, project managing the development of the bid, as well as all bid content/writing. I also oversee the execution of new contracts from successful bids and subsequent contract variations, as well as maintain the Contract & Service Tracker. I support Business Development strategies to ensure new and existing business opportunities are maximised.
