I have always been interested in understanding humans and systems- Why people behave as they do, and how behaviours, processes and enablers come together to form a \'living\' organisation. We all want to optimise that \'living\' organisation - to help it and it\'s people thrive- My role in that goal is to use smart tech to optimise people’s experiences and adoption of change.
