About Zoe Seely

As a senior at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Biomedical Engineering with minors in Computer Science and Psychology, I am passionate about leveraging technology and interdisciplinary knowledge to drive innovation in healthcare. With a strong foundation in engineering principles and a deep understanding of human behavior, I strive to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and patient-centered care.I have had the opportunity to be a part of two different undergraduate design teams, where I collaborated with my peers to design novel solutions to problems presented to us by professionals in the biomedical field. In addition, I have been able to participate in summer internships at Illumina and Kubanda Cryotherapy, which allowed me to work alongside experienced professionals and gain first hand exposure to the design and development process of medical solutions and devices. These experiences have nurtured my passion for combining technology, psychology, and my interdisciplinary background to drive meaningful change in healthcare. I have witnessed the transformative power of innovative solutions in improving patient care and outcomes. As I finish my senior year, I am excited to continue exploring new avenues for innovation and to contribute my skills and knowledge to the development of groundbreaking medical technologies.
