As the Association’s first Chief Program Officer, I’m leading the creation of a strategic plan that unites our advocacy, member services, and programming around one goal: elevating the nation’s non-sworn public safety professionals. I oversee the launch of new professional development offerings, both virtual and in-person, while convening our inaugural Advisory Board to translate practitioner expertise into concrete policy and training resources. Day-to-day, I also steer our digital voice, curating content for the NAPSPS website and LinkedIn to expand our reach and deliver practical tools to members.
