Hi! My name is Zoe and I love people, parties, culture, and developing better processes! As an HRBP I value being an advocate for the people I work with. My goal is to align the needs of my organization with the people who run it, and to contribute in creating an environment where people feel heard. Some of my responsibilities include coordinating and developing onboarding, managing our safety program, wellness program, employee relations, performance management, planning internal events, and assisting with benefits. I earned a Bachelors in Human Resource Managment along with a Minor in Business Managment from Utah Valley University. I also earned my aPHR certification.

   Focus on alligning HR strategies with business goals, partnering with leadership to manage talent and performance, drive employee engagement, and oversee onboarding and internal events to promote company culture. I also oversee our reception/office management team.
