With strategic foresight, I leveraged cost saving measures to minimise expenditures, which increased gross margins from 3% to 8%. I overhauled sales approaches to introduce market intelligence for real-time decisions, integrated a customer-focused mind-set to boost experiences and developed a new ticketing system to reduce backlogs.
