If you require the meeting to be typed up verbatim, record the meeting and I can type this up. This will ensure everything that has been said is captured.Minute Taking – Do you have a HR related meeting that requires a minute taker? Do you have regular minutes that need to be taken? Has your regular secretary gone off sick / maternity leave and you require a competent replacement? I attend on-site to take the minutes and will type them up straight away once I return to the office. I not only attend face to face meetings but I also cover virtual meetings.Administration - I have over 18 years experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant and Secretary and have advance skills in Microsoft Office.
