ABOUT ZOE HENRY

I am a family law barrister specialising in all areas of Children Act work. The mainstay of my practice is in public law, but I frequently work in private law matters as well. I act for parents, children and Local Authorities, as well as relatives / intervenors. I deal with complex sexual abuse and non-accidental injury fact finding and final hearings. I have considerable experience in representing very vulnerable clients in both public and private law; in particular those with severe mental health difficulties, personality disorders and learning disabilities. I was called to the Bar in 2010 having completed my law degree and BVC at the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Law School. I completed my pupillage in 2012 and I now practice at St Mary’s Chambers, Nottingham. I am a Harmsworth Scholar of the Middle Temple. I am direct access accredited.
