As a senior leader with a strong track record in Compliance, Operational Risk, Facilities Management, and Health & Safety, I bring many years of experience navigating complex regulatory environments within the UK and EMEA real estate investment sector.In my current dual role as Head of Compliance & MLRO and Head of UK Operations & Facilities at Colliers, I oversee the strategic and operational delivery of multiple business critical functions. I lead a talented multidisciplinary team and drive initiatives across Anti-Financial Crime (AML, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Counter-Terrorist Financing, Financial Sanctions, Anti facilitation of Tax Evasion), Supplier Management, Policy compliance, ISO certification, Operational risk, and more.A key focus of my work is embedding risk conscious, regulation ready frameworks, that support growth and resilience. I’ve successfully implemented AML enhancements through CRM systems, streamlined internal processes, and improved interdepartmental collaboration and forecasting.I’m proud to contribute to industry-wide progress by collaborating with peers across the UK commercial real estate sector to shape regulatory responses, regularly engaging with bodies such as the FCA, HMRC, and RICS.With previous leadership roles at Knight Frank Investment Management, CBRE IM, and ING Real Estate Investment Management, I bring a deep understanding of both operational and compliance demands. I also play an active role in EMEA governance, ensuring consistency and best practice across jurisdictions.Certified by ACAMS and experienced in FCA and HMRC-authorised functions, I combine regulatory depth with a pragmatic, people first leadership style, committed to creating environments that are safe, compliant, and operationally sound.
