About Zoe Goldberg

I aim to be an advocate for the youth community around the world, more specifically the Jewish youth. Through my vast work experience and receiving a Master\'s in Jewish Education from HUC, I have patience and the ability to gain the respect of others. I strive to learn new things and am always up for new challenges. I\'m a dedicated worker who has the ability to take positions of leadership and excel. I do not have your typical Jewish background with camp or youth groups but I strongly believe in educating our Jewish youth and providing them with the tools they need for their future.

1. Senior Regional Director of Bbyo

   BBYO

   Manage a recruitment process that expands the pipeline of prospects, aligns stakeholders, and prepares teens to invite other teens to join BBYO and the larger Jewish teen community in the South (TN, AL and LA) • Seek out and develop relationships with parents, alumni and community partners to mobilize more growth to the teen movement • Coordinate and execute large- and small-scale community-wide events • Participate and work in organizational projects and work cross departmentally on new strategies to implement • Manage and supervise staff and work alongside teens to create impactful, fun, and dynamic programs • Build strong local and regional relationships with our stakeholders to provide an endowment of $6 million for BBYO in this region • Develop and manage relationships with larger donors that give annually on a “grassroots level,$180-$1800” • Manage donors and prospects for our annual giving BBYO day, exceedingly over • Experience working with Salesforce to track donors and manage prospective donors
