I’m Zoe Cubanski, a 5th year at Northeastern University pursuing a combined Economics and Business Administration degree; concentrating in Business Analytics and minoring in Spanish. I recently completed my third and final co-op as the CRM Business Analyst Co-op at the Boston Red Sox where I continue to work part-time. I also served as the 2025 President of the Northeastern Panhellenic Council where I actively led over 2,375 Panhellenic affiliated students!I have over 10 years of customer service experience with my career starting at my hometown Ben & Jerry\'s. My first co-op was at Liberty Mutual working as an Early Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Undergraduate and Graduate Programs where I learned the value of working on a team and attention-to-detail. I completed my second co-op at Education First as the Customer Engagement and Loyalty Operations Co-op for Educational Tours which allowed me to expand my horizons with data reporting in a professional setting utilizing an internal CRM, Excel, and MS PowerBI.I perform best in fast-paced environments and love to learn through hands-on experience. My passions lie at the intersection of people and data; I’m always looking for new opportunities that challenge myself that involves collaboration, data analysis, and problem solving!

   Leading prospective students and families on 1-hour long tours around Northeastern- Engage in presentations as a student representative to audiences of 250+ people providing personal stories and experiences to supplement factual information from admissions counselors- Manage registration desk and check-in process for up to 1,400 visitors daily- Mentor new members of the organization with preparing/learning tour content
