I lead a team of 40 who deliver a full recruitment service to Sopra Steria, SSCL and NHS SBS. We recruit around into Sopra Steria, SSCL and NHS SBS each year, managing both the internal and external recruitment channels. We currently deliver 98% of hires through direct sourcing or internal hires and work with a small number of specialist providers for our more niche positions. My team also supports the recruitment for our Future Talent programmes. Our mission is to Attract, Select and Appoint the highest quality talent in the market.
