ABOUT ZOE C.

Hi, I’m Zoe — currently working as a Sales Coach at Dell Technologies, where I focus on building strong, meaningful relationships between our partners and Inside Sales teams. I’m passionate about creating opportunities for collaboration, helping partners feel truly connected, and supporting our ISRs to thrive.I also work closely with and support our Senior Director on a variety of projects, contributing wherever I’m needed to help drive team success. Alongside that, I organise SPIFFs and team events that keep our Small Business sales teams engaged and motivated.Outside of my core role, I’m actively involved in our employee resource groups. I’m a core team member of Women in Action and the Scotland Lead for GenNext, where I help lead initiatives that empower women and early-career professionals across the business.With a background in Business Development and a degree in Business Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, I bring a mix of commercial awareness, creativity, and people-first thinking to everything I do.
