I have 18 years of experience working within the Facilities Management sector, with a broad background spanning Finance, Compliance, Procurement, Operations Management, HR, Learning & Development, Business Administration, and Business Development.Throughout my career, I have built extensive experience in procurement across the Construction and Facilities industries, alongside strong capabilities in negotiation, planning, relationship management, operational coordination, and scheduling. I am passionate about building efficient, compliant, and people-focused businesses that deliver real value.Alongside my role within SCL Managed Services, I am also the founder of a coworking space based on Maldon High Street, created to support local businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs with a flexible, collaborative place to work and grow. The space reflects my wider belief in community, collaboration, and creating environments where people and ideas can thrive.Outside of my professional career, I am actively involved in female ice hockey in the UK, where I manage a team and support coaching, development, and progression pathways for young female players. I am passionate about growing the women’s game, creating positive and inclusive environments, and helping young athletes develop both on and off the ice through strong leadership, teamwork, and opportunity.Those who know me will describe me as honest, direct, and genuine. Integrity matters deeply to me, and I enjoy working with people and organisations who share those same values. I have a genuine love of learning — not only on a personal level, but also in encouraging learning and development across teams and within the wider Facilities industry.I currently have responsibility for the Finance, Compliance, and Procurement divisions, and I am dedicated to driving the business forward while balancing commercial success with the needs of both customers and colleagues. My focus is always on achieving sustainable, win-win outcomes.I enjoy helping businesses and individuals succeed — whether that’s directly, or by connecting people with others in my network who can support them.
