In this full-time permanent role, I support the Legacy Giving team in growing the Foundation’s planned giving portfolio by coordinating donor engagement and stewardship initiatives. Lead logistics for assigned fundraising and donor events, including venue and catering coordination, RSVP management, and vendor communication. Prepare donor-facing materials such as stewardship reports, proposals, and welcome packages, while ensuring timely and professional supporter communication. Maintain accurate donor records and generate Salesforce reports to support fundraiser strategy and engagement tracking. Provide administrative support including presentations, invoices, expense and budget monitoring, mailings, and meeting scheduling.

With a deep passion for communications, project management, event planning, and global affairs. In my free time, I enjoy doing the following: Conduct culinary experimentation and learn new recipes along with new novel dining destinations to sample diverse cuisines!Work with clay and make handmade mugs and trinket dishes.Discover new music, such as creating new Lofi playlists. Learning about jewelry and styling, with a focus on trends and product development. Figure skate recreationally (I was a competitive figure skater for 7 years).
