Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for technical roles (e.g, software engineers, data scientists, system architects).• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific technical needs and team requirements.• Manage and forecast hiring pipelines and meet staffing goals.• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn etc.• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future openings.• Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates\' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.• Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact to final offer, by maintaining clear communication and professionalism.• Coordinate and schedule interviews, technical assessments, and any other evaluation processes.• Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.• Maintain and update candidate databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant recruitment tools.• Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.• Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other recruitment teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and best practices.• Use market insights to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in attracting top technical talent
