   Leveraging re-vamped Asset Management team to implement more stringent lifecycle policies around a greater scope of store hardware driving replacement of outdated equipment and reducing support costs-Took on management of languishing Corp Mobile including pruning unused lines, conducting RFP for new preferred carrier, and migration of all existing lines to new carrier leading to $600K+ cost savings annually-Planned and executed on 4K PC replacement combined with a 2K PC reduction based on in-depth usage and updated headcount metrics-Facilitated the planning and purchase of $30M worth of equipment in 3 months spanning BOH PCs, next-gen register replacements, TC52 handhelds, and ZQ620 mobile printers-Provided hardware plans and installation support for 2 Full lines including the NYC Flagship
