TEAM LEADERSHIP: I guided my entire team to “exceed expectations” in performance reviews, with several securing promotions and leading new development initiatives. AI & INNOVATION DESIGN: I reached 1M users within three months of the release of the virtual banking assistant and chat interface, Erica, by building user flows and interaction designs for Bank of America. THOROUGH PRODUCT RESEARCH: I produced and delivered a full research report including a prioritization matrix and recommended next steps following leadership of a design thinking workshop for Xfinity Comcast.
