My story with Finance:When I was a freshman in college, I volunteered to be a financial secretary, managing a class fund for student activities. What made my work challenging and interesting is at the beginning many students were confused about the class funds and had no willing to pay for it. I noticed this is a problem of trust. To solving this issue, I designed a financial reports and made financial summary at the end of each month, listing the details and amount of products I bought for student activities, doing some financial analysis and summary of this month’s activities, as well as doing some financial forecasting and budgets for the next month’s student activities and expenses. Then I posted them online. With the financial report, the students had an access to all the financial activities and details, and I got their trust. I enjoyed a lot during this process, and decided to pursue a career where I can get the clients trust, help them to solve financial issues, and dealing with financial planning and forecasting.
