It has been a fulfilling ride and a testament to my dedication, perseverance, and passion for the field of education.Fourteen years ago, in 2009, I joined Karnavat Classes as an education counsellor. It was during this time that I discovered my love for helping students navigate their educational paths and find a career that truly resonates with their aspirations. As an education counsellor, I had the privilege to guide numerous students and witness their growth and success.Recognizing my potential and commitment, I was promoted to Branch Sales Manager in 2011. This role allowed me to not only lead a team of talented individuals but also expand my skill set in sales, marketing, and business development. It was an exciting phase that challenged me to think outside the box and pushed me to achieve exceptional results.In 2017, my journey took another memorable turn as I was promoted to Sales Head. In this leadership role, I had the opportunity to shape the sales strategies, foster a culture of excellence, and establish relationships with key stakeholders. And now, in 2021, I am thrilled to announce my recent promotion as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Karnavat Classes. This milestone in my journey speaks volumes about my commitment, expertise, and leadership abilities. As COO, I am responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Throughout my journey, I have not only excelled in leadership roles but also honed my skills as a teacher of Accounts and Tax, a commerce career coach, a motivational speaker, and a child psychology expert. These roles have allowed me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students, motivate individuals to achieve their highest potential, and provide insights into child psychology for better learning outcomes.I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have been provided at Karnavat Classes. The trust and support of my colleagues, mentors, and students have been instrumental in shaping my professional journey.
